We went over from Harlan last Friday (4/28/23). We met and talked to the owner and took a tour through one of the main trails.

They have big plans and a lot of potential. Modeling everything after Windrock.

Right now the trails remind me of driving out to Mason Jar at Black Mountain, but with no Mason Jar. They already have or are clearing trails that run along the Ridgeline and through the bottom of the hollers, and plan to connect those greens/blues with blacks.

They have 12 RV sites almost done, plans for 12 more, and plans for 10 or so cabins and a general store to happen in the first year.

Tons of potential, needs Jeep/buggy traffic.

@LBarr2002 do you have any pics of the trails ?

That looks super promising !
Yeah... those are the "trails" 🤣

Like I said, greens and blues are existing, blacks are in the works. 200 miles currently mapped, they said 350ish when finished. He said there are a few existing "blacks" but not where we went. We did see several areas that were just a few bouncers away from a "trail".

Everything I have seen says it has potential but not there yet. It is also a lot more expensive than Harlan. They charge per person not per vehicle from what I have read.

Three day pass is $55 according to their website. Annual pass is $110

Sounds good. 5 hours from my house. The trails should be fully worn in and awesome by the time my Jeep is done.

Went and looked again and foud this.

Does every person in the jeep have to purchase a permit? Or is that price per vehicle
