new laptop ugh

i got a new Toshiba with W7 on it.
I need help i cant get web pages to open up and fill the screen they are small, I amgoing to try to to do a screen shot to show what im talking about.

I've got a new Lenovo laptop and if you pinch the touchpad it makes the window content smaller and it you do the opposite the content gets larger, kinda like an Iphone, you might want to try that, if your computer has that option

You're talking about the whitespace down both sides of the FB page? Crap-ass FB always looks like that, because their page is fixed at no more than 981px wide.

Guessing your old laptop wasn't widescreen?

its just not on facebook. On other web pages, My other was a wide screen too but it ran xp if that makes a difference. mostly on pages such as pogo.com

When viewing the pages like that hold the ctrl key and press the + a couple of times and see if that helps. It all depends on how the pages are coded but its worth a try.

that helps like on nc4x4, But not on face book or pogo.
It just makes everything big to the point it unreadable
