I just got my new lift in and can't wait to get it put on. It's only 3" but that is more than I have right now. Once the lift gets put on I'll be putting new tires on.

So uhhh..... yeah I just realised that I'm probably going to need a place to install this lift since I don't have the right tools to do it myself. Yes I have hand tools but I don't have a floor jack (never had a garage/shed to keep it in until now), I don't have any Jack stands, and I don't have spring compressors. So how much would it cost me to have this put on my Jeep.

if you were closer to raleigh i'd let you borrow 2 sets of jack stands and a floor jack. ask around. i bet someone close would hook you up and save you some money on the install....

It would help if you said what was in the boxes and what rig its going on. I'm pretty sure you have a Cherokee, so I'll guess the box has 2 coils and U-bolts for the new leaf springs. No LCA's or trackbar?...this could be a pretty easy install. $100 for a mid-grade floor jack, $25 for jackstands, $6 for a can of PBlaster (you'll want that for the rear leaf bolts for sure). You'll also need a pretty big metric socket and open/box end wrench, I'm thinking its around 20-22mm, or the SAE almost-equivalent works for me. Spring compressors are borrowed from AutoZone for free.
How much for a shop to do it?...no idea.

The boxes hold coils, hardware ( u-bolts and such ), and shocks. No control arms or anything like that. It's just a simple lift nothing extreme.

of course, forgot about shocks. This is about as simple as it gets, if all the bolts are nice to you, it will be easy. The upper shock mounting bolts on the rear like to snap in the unibody weld nuts, that's always fun.

I'm gonna shoot them all with PB and let them soak, I guess I will try and put this on starting Thur. So I guess I'm gonna have to find some of these tools so I can get it done. I'll post up some pictures when I get done with it and have the new tires on.
