Just wanted to reach out and say hello as I am a new member for the NC 4x4 Forum. I have been spending a lot of time on the JK-Forum but wanted to find a more local presence. Look forward to hopefully meeting some of you on the trails.

Just curious...what is jeep beach?

It is a Jeep only weekend event held in Daytona Beach FL for the last 7 yrs by Mid Florida Jeep club. They rent out the Daytona Speedway and build an obstacle course in the infield, have vendors set up in the infield with a lot of raffles($40K+), parties friday and saturday night, then Jeep parade down the beach sunday morning with party after. It is getting bigger every year and they donate all profits to charities, this year was the Boys and Girls club of 2 counties in FL and the Blue Ribbon Coalition.

Spectator Jeeps (parked outside and did not enter the speedway) was over 100 at one point in the day.
Total spectator vehicles over 200 at one point.

SATURDAY GRAND TOTAL 827 (Jeeps)

SUNDAY
397 paid
18 stragglers came late after the stage

SUNDAY GRAND TOTAL 415 total but was mentioned that we ended up around 450 because they kept coming in
