i tried a set for a while when i was a michelin sponsored pro, they were pretty cool, not quite as smooth as regular tire/wheel combos, but then again i didnt get to test the follow ups, something about breaking contract or something......who would have thought that filling the michelin man with shaving cream til he popped would be looked down upon by the marketing director

Hi there, I'm trying to do some research on these Twheel things and happened across your note here. Anything you can tell me about them would be really appreciated, in fact I joined this forum in order to respond to your posting - you say that you tried them out when you were a sponsored pro but then had some trouble after blowing up the michlen man with foam..?! cool. What I would like to know is was the handling any good - would you say that they are reliable? do they suffer from heat build up etc.? Do you have the contact information of anyone at Michelen that I can approach for more detailed information? I'm based in Zimbabwe and would very much like to explore the applications for these Twheels for the safari tourism sector.
