Why does this not apply to dirtbikes??? They are way less safe, and people who ride them generally ride stupider.

simple... 4 wheelers are what has gotten the publicity.
 
Maybe there should be a law against being a Stupid Idiot or a Moron. Then rest of us Smart people who use common sense would not have to worried about such laws.

How do you define "stupid" ?

What are the bench marks to establish this trait?

Are there varying degrees of stupidity? How is it rated? Is the rating on a curve?

How do you apply the restrictions to JUST those classified as stupid ?

Once you have the classification AND the group labeled as such, how are they contained/handled? Then who pays for the containment/handling?

Of course, then there would be telethons and fund raisers to "Help the Stupid People" and demostrations over whether they are treated fairly, justly and humainly.

Then of course, counter demonstrations with it bitter displays of hatered and counter stupidity, ultimately ending in a Civil War of epic propotions because now, nobody knows who the stupid people really are.

Now who wins ?

Of course, we currently have the "ignorant" making the laws for the "stupid" effecting everyone and making most unhappy.

Ain't it great ?
