Flexed out the blazer to check shock lengths and binding/rubbing. Need to trim the front fenders an inch or so, but everything else looks good! I should get some better pics from my buddy soon.
I need to replace my front wheel bearings, they have alot of play. Also, my locking hub bodies are loose, not the cap but the body itself. Anything I should look for in there besides missing or damaged nuts and snap rings? How can I tell which bearings are bad, or should I just replace inner and outer?
Finally, I noticed a grinding noise, possibly from rear end or tranny while traveling 50-60 mph, but only when I let off the gas. It goes away if I slow down or put my foot back on the gas. What should I look for in the rear diff? Take it to a tranny shop to have that checked out? Any other advice before I dive in?
