New product coming to O'reilly auto parts

O'Reilly's is anti 2nd amendment. I will never shop there.
Really? Been shopping there for years and have carried open in there many times. Care to share what theyve done anti 2A? Not saying they arent, I just havent seen it.

Definitely needed the laugh today. Thanks for that!

A couple of years ago they came out and said guns were not allowed in their stores and posted signs on their doors. Maybe they have since back peddled and changed their policy.

Got an official statement or an article?

I wonder if I can find my special muffler bearings there, too...I need the ones made from unobtainium.

what would be nice is if their "system" kept purchases longer than 2 or 3 years. So much for a lifetime part, "our system only goes back 2 or 3 years. do you have your receipt with you?"

Which would be fine, I keep most of my reciepts. But that thermal paper fades after about as many years as their system data.

Yea no telling where the receipt ended up, with moving houses. It was definitely their part number but couldn't do anything about it. Thats why i hate buying reman alternators but didn't have time to wait on a new one.

Make a copy of it or take a picture of it.

I do this. I scan the receipt and save it as a pdf on my computer then print a copy and staple the original to it and keep it in a file. Also I use Advance online ordering ship to store quite often and just save the confirmation emails.

Eh. If it only last a couple years, I want
Take a picture and email it to yourself with the product of the part in the subject line and you'll never lose it
Until the Russians delete all of Google/Yahoo's data. Then you're f'd. But it's ok, because everything will be f'd when that happens.

yeah wtf is up w/ that.
I've started keeping the receipts for batteries in a Ziploc bag stuffed underneath the battery for reference later.
Awhile ago I went a pulled the battery and the paper was completely blank. Worthless.

What if It’s only oldnews because someone saw this thread, bought one, then went back in time and shared it?

Or. If you truly adopt “back to the future” ology, all “time travel” discoveries are in fact a future thing brought present and thus new news that is old news, and while new to the present is older than the present perpetually, and therefore truly old news.
