New RED DAWN movie!

I guess Hollywood has run out of movie ideas. :rolleyes:

kind of hard to screw it up. I remember we re-watched it a few years ago...it was bad. I really loved this movie back in the day

I agree, Red Dawn was coming on and I built it up the way I remembered it. 10 minutes in my son wanted to know it he could go weed-eat and mow... Thats pretty bad. Technology has came so far in the last 30 years. I remember watching The Howling and having to walk home at midnight scared to death. I watched some of it a few weeks ago and it was more funny than scary.
 
This is one of those movies you see back in the day and say "That was the coolest movie EVER!" then you see it later and say " What the hell was I thinking" I agree it would be hard to screw up...
 
It was a pretty bad movie, GREAT overall plot. I mean, any movie about knocking out nazis and commies is usually an instant success.

I'm wondering how they are gonna pull it off since the US doesn't have any major enemies again. If its a remake and taking place in the 80s....meh.
