Here is some information on it. Looks like it will be a good rig.
Started life as a 1990 Jeep Wrangler. Front suspension is SOA on Rubicon Express Spring over springs with a shackle reversal. Rear suspension is a double triangulated 4-link using RE superflex joints and 16” SAW air shocks. Front and Rear JE Reel driveshafts. 15 gallon RCI fuel cell with inline fuel pump behind the seats. Full cage built out of 1.75 and 1.5” DOM, tied into the frame at 6 points. Tube Fenders up front going to stinger. Warn xd9000i winch, that is wired to the dash, so no more getting out to plug in a remote. Factory gauge cluster went out so I added a YJ gauge pod from quadratec with aftermarket gauges. Has one extra spot to add in a tranny temp gauge. Wheelbase has been stretched to 100” so the body is competition cut. She is sitting on a set of brand new 38” TSL’s mounted on recentered H1 beadlocks. Oh yeah, also has a brand new aluminum race radiator and a tranny cooler on it with a 16” electric fan. I’m sure I am forgetting stuff but this is all I can think of.
Engine:
Chevrolet 3.4L v6 w/ Chris Durham Motorsports Wiring Harness – motor has 80K on it when pulled from 1995 Camaro.
Transmission:
TF 904 – this tranny was just built and has next to no mileage on it. I had this thing built with heavy duty components.
1800 stall torque converter, manual valve body
Artcarr Shifter
T-case:
Stock NP231 w/ AA SYE
Front Axel - Full Width HP Dana 44 out of a 1978 F250
5:13 gears
Lock-rite
High Steer arms on both knuckles
Yukon 4340 shafts with CTM u-joints
New bearings and brakes
Rear Axel Full Width Dana 60
Disk Brake Conversion
5:13 gears
Full Spool

Sorry, I didn't think about that.

Jeff, Will need a couple of work days to do some small stuff. Will probably need to get your help on one or two things. Will call later today.

CJ dosen't make the Easy Out ledge and you go out and buy something different? :) Seriously, looks like a nice rig, but you're going to miss that 340:1 crawl! Throw a 231 craw box under it and you're good to go!

John, I still have Cj and the 300+:1 crawl ratio just in case I need it. Yes this one is on the other end of the spectrum at a whooping 38:1 crawl ratio. The automatic makes it seam much lower. I don't knnow that it would make it out of Easy Out, but it does have a winch in case.

Thanks for the compliments.

thanks guys. I can't wait to get it out on the trail. I won't dent it on purpose but I am sure it will get it's share.

No, off road shop in Ky built it. Traded my 4 wheeler for it.

Hey Bryan I hope you are well. I will have it Clover Friday evening. Feel free to come by Saturday and check it out.

I think the 44 will work fine with the 6 cyl. I have been running a stock 30 in my CJ without breaking for 6 years.

Nice Jeep. You wouldnt hapen to have a pic from the front or back showing how much tire sticks out past the body would you? I'm thinking of going full width on my next one and would like to see how much tire will be stuck out.

Try this one.
