New to the site from Wilmington NC..

Hello

I'm new to the site.. from Wilmington NC

I found this place from a link someone posted on another site.

I picked up this 78 XLT for $350 last weekend.
351M, C6, 205, 44 and 9"

Paid for it last weekend, got the title earlier in the week, and drove it home.. I was surprised, but it road very well

My plans are
take off the top,
remove the carpet and bedline the floor so it can be hosed out
Bring it up a few inches and get some bigger tires (33s now, would like something in the 35-38 range)
Put on some headers (manifolds are leaking at the rear, and the rest of the exhaust is not that great)
powdercoat the wheels black, and paint it urban camo

Then have some fun :rockon

Came out of Rocky Point.. I know this guy has owned it the last 3 years and bought it from the original owner
