this one is for me. but i figured it would be easier for her to learn on than my ktm 300. If she decides she likes bikes, gonna get her a ktm 200.

haven't ridden motorcycle trials in years(since my ty80 in 84 or so) ridden a lot of bicycle trials, though.

Sweet bike! I need a trials bike so my feet will reach the ground, haha. Not really anywhere around here to do much trials on, but I always though it would be fun at a big rock garden.
 
hey aint that one of those bikes those crazy people use to do rockcrawling . i seen it on speed or something like that one day . it honestly looked like these cats needed to be commited but cool look bike you got there .

Yeah, but in the two wheel world that style of riding is called trials. Not to be confused with trails, trials is about navigating up and down obstacles and about slow speed control.

35xj, that thing looks like WAY too much fun. Gonna be fun adjusting to the brake/ clutch levers after riding all the pedalbikes!

That is a sweet bike. I have a few questions for ya. How much did that set you back? Did you buy it used? What year model? I would like to have one to practice on. I ride mx and trails; In the form of hare scrambles and enduros and a little dual sport action on the side. How about yourself? Do you NCHSA?
 
its a 99 model, i picked it up for 1300 (whish is a deal!) I mostly ride trails on my ktm 3oo. i plan to try out harescrambles, but my summer is a little nutty. I got it mostly for fun, but figured i could ride it in the yard to stay in shape. An hour playing around on it will tire you out!
 
How much do they weigh? That thing looks fun.

gasgas's are nice. i think thats what Geoff Aaron rides. i met him at lorreta lynns last year... insane balance. we have a gasgas at work, way to much balance for me. i can trailride but no trials.

thats cool your girl is excited about it. it looks like you live in a good place for it too. you ever been over to Brushy Mountain?
