New truck rock chip paint repair

My 2017 F150 needs a chip in the paint repaired.

Anyone know a good company near greensboro or lexington?

Usually, I am not so uptight with blemishes on my trucks....too early for this one. Atleast it will not rust.
 
What color? If it is a solid (non-metallic/pearl) color you can most likely touch it up with good results. Build up the touch up so it is slightly above the level of the surrounding paint, wet sand lightly to level and buff it out.

The only correct way to to repair it would be to feather the chip out, prime it, blend the color and re-clear coat the entire panel it is on. Anything else is a band aid and will be noticeable (at least to a trained eye or picky person.)
 
This guy is good friends with the fella that sells us our metal. Never seen his work but he seems like a stand up guy.
