New Year's Resolutions

Damn all y'all fellas trying to get under 200lb while I'm over here eating like 4k calories a day trying to get from 208 to 245... lol and under 10% fat! I just hate working out, but I love beating the hell outta heavy bag and dead lifting/ohp but no go on the rest of working out lol cardio isn't my thing unless it's a bike...

That’s what got me where I am today...at my most fit, I was eating 8000 calories/day, 330lbs and 14% body fat. When you stop burning it off, you keep eating.

I had back surgery in 2016, so once I had healed enough in 2017 to start working out, my goal was to be in the best shape of my adult life by the time I turn 40. Then I herniated the same disc again, and had the same surgery again. Now I’m less than a month from turning 40,and know I can’t make that goal.
So my new goal is to be in the best shape of my adult life before I turn 41.
I still have a couple more months of healing before I can get serious. At that point, I’ll make some measurable goals.

Finalize my divorce.
Wheel more.
Shoot more.
Find a chubby Mexican chick who can cook and doesn't speak english. Big rack would be a plus.
Install a remote control shock collar/taser on @71chevytruckguy to stop him from doing stupider shit than me.
Drink more beer...

determination ftw!! That's a tough situation man, hope ya get to your goal!! And invest in a inversion table if ya havnt already my buddy had two surgerys from disk and he can go lay upside down his table for 20 mins and says he feels great for about 8-10 hours unless highly stressed or compression on back!

Affirmative on the inversion table.

I think I got a subtle nudge this morning. I left the house at 4:45 and rolled to Bojangles before making the trek over the mountain. I'm a big Bojangles fan but this morning it was some of the worst I've had. The bo-rounds tasted old (at 5am?) and the chicken biscuit was tougher than shoe leather. It was so bad I spit it out :poop:

I have been curious about those for a while...

Make my business "legit" and get someone to do my taxes.... Lets just say I don't have a clue what I'm gonna do for 2017 taxes (it's a mess...). Just talked with a tax guy this morning, going to become an S-corp to start things off and do better book keeping (as opposed to NONE)....

That wasn't really my 'resolution' but more of something I HAD to do just kept putting it off, but Jan 4th to get started on it made it a good resolution haha.

Gym New Years Resolution.jpg

There have been no news faces at my company gym this year, which has been very surprising. The crowds have also been VERY light. I guess no one at my work resolved to start working out this year, or they all gave up before they actually got started, LOL.

^^^Last time I weighed was Tuesday...and I was at 16lbs in 16 days. But I can generally drop 40lbs the first month really easily. My problem is after that first month, I ‘reward’ myself with a cheat meal, which turns into a cheat day, which turns into a cheat week, etc etc...and before I know it, I’ve gained 60lbs back. Gonna try to break that 30 Day barrier this go round.
