Ok, so Daddy and I won the ebay yota in chit chat last week. Its an 88 that the guy was gonna 3 link front and rear with 60s. Our plans is to SAS is with toy axles and leaves all around. So heres the newbie question: if using the stock front springs from an early 80s toyota, how much lift will that net, and what rear springs should we get to go with them? The end goal is to clear 35s.

Well Ive already had more PMs about what were doing with the tons than any help with the questions at hand. The tons will be going under a RamCharger, along with the tires and beadlocks.

Do you have possession of the vehicle yet. If they have already cut the spring hangers off and all you may be better off linking it. The question is-Will going to leafs justify the cost and over all performance of the vehicle?
You may be better building with what you have already. Is there a particular reason for wanting the leaves?

Yes I have possession. Wanting to do leaves for simplicity and cost. It will potentially be my moms rig, and shes never driven off road, and if she does she wont be doing anything hard core, so the performance of link setup isnt needed. We already have a early 80s toyota truck with a swiss cheese frame that we can rob parts from.

I know this doesn`t give you lift info but it does show different lengths. http://www.4x4spot.com/misc__spring_information.htm

Maybe put chevy 63`s in the rear (with budbuilt spring hangers) and adjust the front with custom leaf pack you can put together yourself.
