When i'm have the wheel locked all the way to the right i hear a clicking sound and ive recently replaced both wheel bearings and u joints. Also while driving whenever hittin a bump in the road or cracks i'm hearing a loud "clanking" noise like metal is loose somewhere on my front axle(sounds like more from the right side) but when i apply pressure to the brakes the noise goes away and now sometimes when coming to a complete stop there's a slight rattling noise coming from the right side of the front axle. It sounds like a lot but im thinking it might all be coming from one thing just getting worse. Any input or ideas of what to check to fix i would really appreciate!

Sounds like the upper control arm bushing at the axle housing.
