So I am thinking about renting a 4 bay shop in North Durham/Southern Person county. I have a line on two post lifts I am considering installing in each bay. I have a large commercial air compressor and two large tool boxes full of tools. Would anyone be interested in renting shop space ? What would people pay for this space ? I don't mind buying the tools and stocking the space with tools/hardware/lifts. I already rent a two bay spot for my business now, I am just thinking of expanding, splitting some of the costs, as well as meeting some other hobbyists.
