Not fuel pressure after gas tank swap

So I have the tank swapped into the cherokee every thing went smoothly maybe 30 minutes tops. I went & put 2 gallons into the tank it started after 10 seconds idled for 10 more seconds & shut off I figured it just needed more gas. Put more into it & nothing.
 
got a gauge on it? its probably a bad fuel pressure regulator.. cycle the key a few times let the pump run a bit and try crank again. if its starts after that I'd suspect the FPR, assuming filters are relatively good/new.
 
I cycled the pump and still nothing. The return line was bone dry.
 
Fuel pump fuse? Can you hear the pump running?
 
Yeah I can great the pump turn. I was going to work on it after work but it rained hard & lost power so no dice will check fuel filter & lines after work tomorrow.
