i just put leaf springs on a trailer i bought that had the axles welded to the frame. My problem is the shackle angle for the front axle is pointing down like i would think it should but the shackle for the rear axle is almost level, is this right should i worry about it?

If the trailer is level (and the ground is level), then the shackles should be at the same angle.

Got any pics of it?

Are the shackle-hangers welded on right - like the same distance apart for each spring?

figured it out, the trailer had a bend in it that you almost couldn't see and one axle was hitting the ground before the other one when you set it down causing the rear shackle to do that thanks for the help
