Looks to be an ingersoll 400/0 series, similar to mine. Video is too fuzzy to get exact model.

Could also be a 600/0 series (All Hydraulic and setup for a loader) given the oversized front tires. Based on the decals and smaller rear wheels, I'd lean towards a early 80s 400 model. For reference, the rear tires on my 4016 are 31".
 
I stopped the video, with fairly sharp focus. All I see is Ingersoll. Same Onan, engine, maybe wider float style tires. hard to compare the two, but defiantly two different years, based on decals. Ingersoll made mowers & constructions equipment, along with the famous Air Compressors. Just rarely ever saw the other machines.

Fun fact, ingersoll garden equipment is not at all connected to ingersoll rand. Same general family (I think maybe cousins) but zero business relation.
