I was looking on the Offroad Design website today at the NP 203 twin stick kit. I am not sure what it does. My understanding is that one of the sticks will be for hi-n-lo and the other will be 2wd-4wd. If this is what it does I do not see why I would spend $200 + my time on it if I can go in 2lo with my tcase in 4lo w/ my hubs unlocked? Is this what it is for?

it's basically so you could have your hubs locked and still have 2 low..
Many vehicles with NP203's didn't have locking hubs.
