NP205 adapter

I have an NP205 with a 5 bolt pattern on the transmission end of the adapter. The pattern is in the shape of home plate. The coupler is 10 spline. The front output is on the passenger side.

What transmission was the 205 mated to?

I dont think the SM420 was ever offered from the factory as a 4wd transmission, but i could be very, very wrong.

My 420 has 7 or 8 bolts holding the adapter on.
