NP205 Front Output Nut...where to buy?

I've looked around the Google and stumbled across quad4x4 but they won't process your order if it's under $10. I need the nut and washer but really just the nut. 1 1/8" to be exact. Anybody know where I can pick this up at?

Is it the 30 spline flat flange or the 32 spline yoke style? Idk what size nut is on each but I may have both.
