Can anyone with a JB conversions sye confirm that there is supposed to be about 5/8" of "bearing surface" exposed once the rear nut is torqued?

This is the standard kit not the mega short kit.

It looks like the entire seal surface on the yoke is proud of the seal and the case. The yoke either isn't seated, or the output shaft isn't where it's supposed to be.

Edit: Based on the amount of shaft/nut sticking out of the top of the yoke, the output shaft probably isn't where it's supposed to be.

Everything seems to function properly when I turn it by hand. I also misspoke in my first post... it's a sealing surface, not a bearing surface.

I was hoping someone on here would have the same kit installed. I can always wait till Monday and call the company with questions.
