I picked up an Aprilia RSV 1000r that is in decent shape however many of the bolts have surface rust. I could buy them one at time new, but that would get pricey when it got to axle bolts and such. Anyone know of a place that I could send them to and have the coating restored?

Unless they are unusual sizes it's hard to imagine that replating would be much less expensive than just buying in bulk. I'm sure you know where to get fasteners at a good rate.
Keep in mind the only way this would be cost effective would be doing them all in one batch, which would mean disassembling everything at once and having to keep up with which bolts go where, whereas replacement means you can swap them out as you go along

I just did a quick Google search for your area. No affiliation. Might give them a call. I'm sure it'll be cheaper than sourcing new, as I'm sure many of the bolts aren't generic and are high quality. Not sure what your time is worth but it might be cheaper if you took all the hardware to them blasted and cleaned.

Read the post...axle bolts are expensive. It would be a bulk thing and I don't mind keeping up with which bolts go where,it's what I've done for a living for 26 years ;).

Thanks, I feel stupid. We used them a few years back doing a Gullwing SL resto and they're a few miles from my shop.

Yeah, I shouldn't be hard to find a plater that will do them by the pound if they're in good condition and need only minor finishing operations before plating. Are they yellow zinc plated? Looks like cad plating, because of the same post-plating chromate conversion process?

I've used Parker before. It's been a while. Can't remember exactly what it was. Just remember getting them back and then spraying LineX over whatever it was...some people and their money...
