99 burb 2500 new fuel pump has idle pressure around 52-55psi, wot makes it to 59psi but still has hesitation on hills and from stop! Put it on live stream scanner and o2 sensors were all over the place showing diff readings from .200-.840 I'm assuming volts!? is this normal?scanner says I have codes for o2 sensors but no cel on dash! Any other computer or sensor able to make o2 to seem bad? Thanks trucks running great just no get up and go unless ya 3000rpm into it!

My fix was a MAF sensor. I would buy a GM. I couldn't pick it up on a scanner. I switched in one from another vehicle to trouble shoot.

Ok I got the two upstream o2 sensors to put in hopefully that's my problem I just read the fuel pressure is suppose to be 60-66 driving mines not lol

Update replaced both upstream o2 sensors and def made a change I. Idle and on hills less gear drops and passing gear is on point 75mph 5% grade 2600 rpm

I've definitely seen o2s affect performance without a cel, as well as maf tps and fuel supply/delivery. As long as the difference in reading is within the tolerable limits programmed, it will not set the light but will cause drivability issues.

^ that's what was going on I do believe! Would stay above .200 and never reach .900 only .840ish

So did you change them? Maf's act similar, very few I've personally seen, but there again, this is a rare case either way if it fixes it. You might try running unplugged o2s and if they are the problem, forcing open loop will fix it.

I did change them and it did help my accel in hills but from dead stop to 3rd gear it still feels sluggish gonna see if scanner picks anything else up
