Ok I've been looking at them for some time.. My Taurus has a code and I need to figure it out.

I'm looking in the ~$200 range. I want to be able to actually figure out what's going on. See sensor reading etc. ABS is nice to have otherwise I just want one thats easy to use but not cheap junk.

This one that looks usable and has all the features I'm looking for..
Equus 3160 Innova ABS + Professional CanOBD2

any other good recommendations?

That's a really good one. I've sold quite a few of them. The live data will help you out as much as the code reader.
