The VA4WDA is going to bring a new lawsuit to challenge Currituck county implementation of the visitor parking pass for beach parking.
They are in need of several affected NC residents to join them. They are covering 100% of the legal cost.
If interested you would need to be able to attend the court date (Currituck County) and sign an affidavit.
A zoom meeting will be held with the lawyer and the VA4WDA leadership for interested parties.
In addition if you have a pass from last year or a receipt, credit card record etc. that would also be helpful.
