Off road weld cart

I currently have a cheap hf weld cart a dolly with bad wheel and a run flat wheelbarrow wheel that I replaced with pneumatic. Idea is to buy another run flat and the largest casters at hf so I can run my welder back and forth to my carport from the shop.

Gas bottle will be the heaviest part of it, welder is 35# with a10# spool in place

Got a muse just want bigger tires

axle size was the same between the cart and hand truck, was able to cut 1/4 off the tube stick out and run the trucks axle. Got some 10” wheels from hf for $7 a piece and some 4” casters.

Net change from 5.5 to 10” rear and 2.5 to 4” front casters and a stronger handle so I can rock it back on 2 wheels

Gonna have to put some ballast on the front with a #2 bottle

Gonna add some more hooks and wait till I’ve used it till I paint in case I want to add more hooks or shelves
