Afternoon everyone..

Im headed up to NC for a week camping and would like to try and get some wheelin in while im there, so I figured I would come to the source for some guidance.

We are staying at Cascade Lake Campground, Southwest of Hendersonville, and near/in the Dupont State Forest. Im willing to travel a bit, but as always, closer is better.

I was looking at The Gulches and possibly Tellico, but both are a couple hours, give or take. Im good with just about anything up to a moderate/advanced level trail, water, mud, whatever...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance..

Jack

Hurricane creek is easy with great views.

Durhamtown Tellico is moderate to hard with great views.

Gulches is moderate to very hard and a great compact facility.

The Flats is moderate to pucker factor but is closed this weekend.

Good luck and enjoy!

What is your Date? We have a group headed to Gulches Aug 15. Be happy to have ya join us!

Thanks guys, I will check out all the recommendations. We will be arriving on the 7th and staying until the 15th, but we do have the option to stay until the 16th, so we might be albe to make it on the 15th if we do. Any details?

Thanks,

Jack

Did Hurricane Creek yesturday, was a nice ride. Started on 40 and then ended up by Wolf Creek Ranch, was pretty nice views from up there. Thanks again for the help. Will try and hit a few more spots this week.
