Oil blowing out dipstick?

I am getting lots of oil blowing out of the dipstick, originally I thought it was coming from the oil filter but traced it a bit more since then. I pulled off the CCV (no PCV on this era 2.5L I-4 from 1995) and "blew" it out and put back on there.

I then did a compression test to see what I was looking at from front(1) to back(4)

1 - 135
2 - 145
3 - 135
4 - 140

So not great but not terrible either?

There is a vacuum something or other at the front of engine, going into the side of valve cover, I know when I pull it off the idle goes up? Not really sure what that thing is, have not google-fu'd that particular hose.

In my limited searches, I have heard cracked pipes / vacuum hoses 'can' cause this, but basically there has to be "pressure" in the chamber that is wanting out. I could try drilling out the CCV to allow more pressure to come out it instead of my dipstick?

My dipstick appear to be pretty 'loose' so there could just be an O-ring missing in the cap part itself that is supposed to hold pressure / keep from 'leaking' out?

Any other thoughts or suggestions? Running some seafoam in there right now, oil has not been changed in a while so I may put a few hundred miles on it and change oil too? Figured it could be full of crud from just sitting so long?

Pull your oil fill cap while the engine is running. Is there vacuum present? Does the inside of the cap look cruddy/crusty or is it just smooth and oily? Your idle might change when you take the cap off FYI.

I haven't spent a whole lot of time around those motors, but isn't there an orifice in the CCV system in line with the vacuum hose coming off the valve cover on the front? If so, is it plugged? Can you blow air INTO the valve cover where the PCV/CCV hoses enter the valve cover? Whats the condition of your hoses?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? You can unplug your IACV while the engine is running and spray ether around to find them. (After your done, shut down the engine, reconnect the IACV, then restart. You'll probably have a code but just clear it afterwards).

There is a orifice in one of the elbows on the valve cover. Pull the oil cap with it running. If you have pressure blowing out of the cap hole, blowby is your culprit. If that is the case, my best suggestion is to think about replacing the motor or just dealing with it.. tape it in, whatever.
