Does anybody recognize this damper? All I know is that the fork is supposed to be a ~2010ish Rock shox 29" 100mm dual air, but the damper doesn't match anything in the books from that era. Red rebound adjustment knob on the top side, blue compression knob on the bottom.

Any idea on model of the fork? RS made a few different levels of dual air equipped forks in that era. Reba, SID, etc
Not really. The PO thought it was a Reba RLT. The rest of the fork (crown, lowers, spring assembly) look pretty much exactly like what you'd expect to see in a Reba or SID from about 2010. Lower bushings are solid (not perf), so I'd lean toward Reba over SID. The serial number is too old to get picked up in SRAM's database. I have the 2012, 2016, and 2021 spare parts catalogs as well as the 2011 SID and Reba technical manuals, and can't find a damper anything like what's in the picture. They all have a compression damper assembly at the top of the tube and a separate rebound damper shaft/assembly at the bottom. The rebound/compression adjustments on this damper are backwards and it's a single piece screwed together. It's all self-contained. From the little bit I messed with it, it looks like it's two stage. Kinda neat, but I have no idea where it came from.

Catalog for reference:

Best I've come up with so far is that it's something like a charger damper... but it doesn't look like any of the charger dampers I've seen or can find pictures of.
