For whatever reason, an old thread popped in my head the other day...

Remember the thread where someone here had a neighbor who just started dumping concrete in their yard? No forming, no prep, nothing just spreading out concrete in the yard.

I’d followed along for a while but never seen the final outcome and now I can’t find it.

I don't think he's around anymore.I think hes a member of the banned now.
