old wood cook stove

any body on the forum know anything about antiques? got an old cast iron wood cook stove but dont know what its worth. only found a similar one called a baby hazel worth $6800 in good shape wanna know what mines worth

Not being a smartass but the truth is this..... What someone will pay you. My grandparents owned an antique mall in Asheboro and would always ask crazy prices for the chew down. Like the guy from pawn stars says did they get that much or are they asking that much.

The true fair market vaule would be what they are going for on ebay..... This is what people are paying for items not what people are asking!!

What store? Was in Asheboro last weekend and was forced to do the Antique stuff.

good point. I had an old pot belly stove that was left by the PO of my house. I did a little research and found out it was a Taiwan knock off worth 1/4 of that amount.
