caught a few minutes of the glacier episode, just how the hell did they brake a rear axle going downhill on ice with a 4cyl jeep?

The same way I broke an axle with a 2.8 pulling off from a light, wear and tear caught up with them.

I'm wondering if there was a cigarette lighter in there the whole time during the jumper cable scheme.

hopefully these asshats won't be on tv very long. We metal detectorists took a hit last year with a couple of shows that depicted a group going out and making terrific finds and then selling them. Getting permission is harder now than ever before.
