One of these will make most of you mad

My only grievance with any of it, not that my opinion matters, is allowing people behind the vehicle on the elevated deck while it’s not secure, for exactly the reason that happened.
When I was towing years ago I had it happen several times, where the winch would let go. Scared the hell out of me. Wasn’t my equipment but I did what I could to try and prevent it.
Owner of a another towing company was killed using his brand new roll back, same thing, pulled a K5 up on the deck, rolled the deck forward but not level to connect rear chains and the winch let go, crushed him.
Winch on the rollback I was using was rebuilt soon after, apparently it had happened to my boss as well after it happened to me.
Never trust a loaded cable

I had told those idiot not to get back there. I was telling Heath where to steer and stopped watching them and they all went back there again. I was not happy about it.

Not sure on your hook up but NTool sell a J hook bridle or an cluster hook. With that you can hook any car or truck. We use J hooks on the rear so we can hook the car on the side not behind it.

The J hook got left on my tractor, that is in the shop. It is always the one thing you need you don't have. We did use the little cluster hook to do hook it up in a hole behind the tires. GM really didn't think that car would ever need to be pulled.

I Enjoy your videos, & your Humor! Happy birthday to your Boss![hehe] I wondered if the "Mad" was the car driving in Your lane? Yep, I saw that! Seems I see it more every time I hit the road. Folks want Their side of the road, & Half of mine too! Damn Road Taxes, I guess. :shaking:

He didn't even look. It wasn't visable in the video, but he was completely surprised when he saw me.

Crap! That Must have Hurt, to junk it & not even strip the drivetrain!:(
It did. If I had the room it would still be here. It is still at L&L if anyone wants parts. they are trying to sell it whole.

Well damn...next time you wanna do that with a 73-79 or 92-96/7 ford...let me know before you do. Worst case I buy you beer, best case I buy some parts.
PM me a phone number and I will keep you in mind.

Damn! Heath is turning into a mini Uncle Willie. Manhandling the tires off the trailer.
Tell me about it.

His idea of fun is to change tires on junk cars. He is learning that not all lug patterns are the same. I watched him roll about 8 different tires across the yard to an S10. They were all 5 lug, but all different pattern. I finally went over and told him we didn't have any that fit it.
