One sweet deal

is it me or is there no suspension....looks like solid ladder type setup.....like a monster truck...but no flex.......could be terribly wrong BUT.....ya never know lol

Looks like a "safe ride" I would not want to be around that one when its on the road
 
i dont think it would be drivable.....ud hit a damn pebble and itd throw it everywhere........no flex....what will sumbody think up next
 
That thing has been for sale for almost a year now. It's been on eBay once and craigslist about 20 times.
 
I called the guy about that monstrosity here recently, to see what was actually going on. I told him that I had no interest in the body, but he said he would prefer it to go with the axles (I don't blame him). It has the pinion brakes on one end only, according to him. He didn't really move on the price either.
 
lol, he ought to be negotiable. I gave him the truck after paying him a few grand to get it that far! Thats where i got the screen name BigRedB2.

Yes, there is no suspension under it. the axles are welded to the frame with parts of street sign post. its obviously not a working suspension. just something to roll it around the lot on till the suspension got put on. I scrapped the project about 4 or 5 years ago, guess the guy finally got tired of looking at it. obviously, the body is worthless but on a positive note, before it got dumped the axles were completely gone through with new bearings installed. i cant remember the style joints, i think it was u joint style.

unless he sold it already, there should be a NIB quicksivler shifter, a c4 tranny, a dana 20, and a 351w that goes with it. its on stock rockwell rims and 50 year old tires (not streetable what so ever).

the frame is stripped and brackets are ground off. the engine bay is empty as well. the hood has lund faux hood scoops, lol.

Probably gone too but there was an brand new in box MSD ingition with it as well.

All stuff i gave him after i dropped the project.


Since the question is going to come up about why i bailed, major miscommunication between me and the fab guy (no ones fault, the guy does good work) and me having a JRRaw/xjsaregay (no offense ricky, much offense xjsaregay) attitude to fourhweeling back then and realizing mid project how dumb i was being.

Seems like the fella would be more willing to move on the price! specially since he dont have a title.

Unless he got a lost title claim or what ever on the truck i think i still have the title. if some ones buys it hit me up, i'll try to dig it up.
