Online Retailer Problems

I just purchased a fish finder from http://www.gpsandmarineworld.com the item has already posted to my account. I'm fine with that. But the problem is I can get any sort of communication from them. I placed the order on a Saturday, so I am pretty patient until Tuesday. I just want to hear what is going on with the item. I was hoping to have it by the weekend. So, I email the company. No response. I call the company, No response. I have emailed them a couple of times but nothing. Normally, by now I would have gotten something back from the store about my item. When should I start to worry? Because it is bugging the crap out of me.
