Insurance companies will salvage vehicles these days for next to nothing... 20 years ago if a car had a salvage title it was seriously f**ked up.
I've bought and sold lots of salvage vehicles with minimal concern. Check for frame damage... Inspect repair... Move on.
As said... I would imagine 10-12k ballpark. I might ask 12,500-13,500 to allow for wiggle room.
