Went anyways and had a blast. Sand was a lot different riding conditions for me. Use to hard pack and rocks.
Trails were pretty nice. One ways make it a lot safer to ride. One of them wasnt wide enough to get the Stinger and Mule through so we had to turn back around.
New owner took over 30 days ago they said.

They are gonna try to get in like 40 camper/RV hook ups they said.
Well worth the ride down there and the $ to have a good day, not worrying about making a land owner mad.
We had 4 recons, 1 bayou, a 700 sportsman, Mule, Stinger, and the YZ450F and other than one tight trail, nobody had any real trouble.
Owner even brought his nice 3500 Duramax down to a mud hole and pulled out the Mule.
700 Acres or so, and I have a buddy that lives down there and said you can bout ride around the whole place in 45 minutes to a hour. Lots of smaller trails that weave back and forth to the main ones.
