Anybody been down there? Bunch of the gang wanting to make the trip tommorow, and I was wondering what to expect. Still healing the hand from the last dirtbike crash here at the house, and dont wanna see anything crazy down there :)

Went anyways and had a blast. Sand was a lot different riding conditions for me. Use to hard pack and rocks.
Trails were pretty nice. One ways make it a lot safer to ride. One of them wasnt wide enough to get the Stinger and Mule through so we had to turn back around.

New owner took over 30 days ago they said.

Workin on a TTR flat track, MX track, and drag strip. Has a mud pit set up.
They are gonna try to get in like 40 camper/RV hook ups they said.

Well worth the ride down there and the $ to have a good day, not worrying about making a land owner mad.

We had 4 recons, 1 bayou, a 700 sportsman, Mule, Stinger, and the YZ450F and other than one tight trail, nobody had any real trouble.

Owner even brought his nice 3500 Duramax down to a mud hole and pulled out the Mule.

700 Acres or so, and I have a buddy that lives down there and said you can bout ride around the whole place in 45 minutes to a hour. Lots of smaller trails that weave back and forth to the main ones.

I've been there once and enjoyed it. Got started late because I left my keys at home:shaking:
Did you get to play in the big sand pit they have there? You'd know, because its the only hilly spot down there. And if you wanted to go beyond the borders, think again....http://youtu.be/u6b4rN44vP8

Hah, we had a guy that had to turn back to go get a key. :)

Played in the sand pit for a little while. Got the Bayou and Stinger stuck-driver error. Then the YZ buried to the frame.. Uh we will blame that one on the rotten sand :D Couldnt play to long cause gotta keep my bike movin for the air flow, but it was fun to roost sand 50'

There was a hill, on the trail past the mud pit, but we had to turn around because it wasnt wide enough for the Mule or Stinger.

And hope you were alright from the out of bounds. It happens!

We will definitely be goin back. Probably gonna try to get a few more bikes to go, and go when all the kids are out for Christmas.

If I remember right you have a Honda 450r right? If so next time you forget your keys just un plug the switch and the bike will start

So I have you guys talked into riding down there right? Haha. Would be nice to ride with a few quads, that didnt wanna play in the mud the hole time. Kept havin to shut down the 450, and its a bear to start back hot. Didnt help I kicked a hole in my boots, and the kick start stuck in the bottom of the sole
