paint

im wanting to paint my truck but keep it the same color bc i dont c many trucks with this color but the thing is i have no clue what the paint code is and there is no where on the truck that has a paint code on it. its a 1984 GMC k25
but i did find the option list for the truck one op. num is 162w | xss1 saddle tan cus, and the other one says op. num 164L |64 desert sand metal

its probably in the glove box, or sometimes on the badge plate rivited to the firewall... would look like this in glovebox

i looked for that its not the original glove box and its not n there lol the things on the inside of the door are even ripped off from who ever had it b4 i did.

the desert sand was like wa3522 i believe. do you plan on painting it yourself or having it done somewhere?

take it to a carquest or napa that sales martin senior or ppg brand paints. they have a gun they can shoot it with and match the color up perfectly.
