Part identification help

Anybody have any idea what this is. It is a rubber bag with a 12 v pump on it. My guess is that it is a windshield washer bag off some older vehicle. Only markings are 12v 1a21. It was found in the room we cleared out for the baby. I don't remember taking it off of a car.

Looks alot like the one in the back of first gen runners for the wiper. I've seen these in old comets too.
