I have 2 unrelated questions I could use some help with.

1st: I noticed that I am leaking oil at the air filter where the tubing for the PCV/CCV system attaches in my 98 Grand Cherokee. Have a 4.7l stroker motor (not sure if that makes a difference) and when I build it I put tow elbows on the valve cover, neither of which are actual valves like I have seen on different years (the pinhole valve for the wj and I beleive xj). I cant remember but I beleive that is what was on the motor when I rebuilt it so I just got 2 new ones. Haven't really driven it much over the past 5+ years so not sure if its just age and they need to be replaced or if I should have had one of the elbows with the pinhole valve. The rear CCV tube goes to the intake itself and the front goes to the air filter box. The grommet for the front was not in terrible condition but was leaking around the valve cover and the elbow a little.

do I need one of the pinhole valves?

can I put an aftermarket breather valve on the front valve cover and plug the air filter outlet and be done? will this cause any issues?

2nd: It currently has the stock fuel pump that I beleive was the original one 250k miles ago. I also have a narrowband air/fuel ratio gauge (I will be getting a wideband soon enough) and have noticed a drop in the air/fuel ratio at times of heavy acceleration. Can also feel it in the jeep. Well I'm finally getting around to possibly having my ZJ tuned so I can actually start driving it more reliably and need need an high flow/performance fuel pump. When I rebuilt the motor to a 4.7 stroker i installed aftermarket high flow injectors, a rounded intake off a different jeep 4.0, upgraded performance ignition coil, and performance camshaft. Now all that is left is the fuel pump.

any recommendations as to brand or specific fuel pump I should go with? been looking for aftermarket options specifically for the ZJ and having really found that much and the ones I have I have not heard of.
