So my wife has the fascination with deer... she just loves them and she talks to me all the time about how she just wants to pet one... of coarse we haven't had any luck thus far....

does anyone know of anywhere that we can do this? I'd like to take her one Saturday or Sunday

P.S. it has to be a deer that is alive :)

There are places in the mountains that have "tame" ones.

I can get close enough to touch wild ones. Deer, raccoon, squirrels. Just depends on how stealthy and positive you are. Ancient Chinese secrets ;)

Shoot one, then she can pet it all she wants.

Deer = food. Yummy yummy food.

I knew this hippie guy that lived in the woods that could do it. He showed me how and it worked but I'm not that good at it yet. :(

Thanks for the explanation. I'm ready to get out there and try it myself.

There is a deer farm 7 petting zoo somewhere between Severville & Pigeon Forge on the left of the 2 lane coming from Pigeon Forge. Forgot the name but I have took my kids there a couple of times.

Lazy 5 ranch, and pay to ride in the wagon.

If you feed them for 15 yrs. and have patience you could prolly pet them. This is a guy I know who lives in Orange Co. there is no audio but he is calling the deer to feed them.

I take it she didnt like the pig?

Take her to Key West, they have " key deer " adorable little bastards that come up to you begging for food. We went last year, pretty awesome place.
