Time for a new screen protector. Bought a new S20/5g+ a few months ago, the plastic screen protector on it is pretty far gone.

Any particular brands worked well for y'all? Tempered glass vs. plastic film?
 
I like the glass ones. Got a pack of "amfilm" ones from Amazon, swapped them out every few months as they broke, quit replacing them once the phone was over a year old.
 
I got a relatively cheap case with the screen protector built in. It isnt as thin as I like, but my screen is still good after hitting the ground many times. I think it was an OTTBA or something like that from Amazon. I was really wanting something small with covers for the ports, as my previous phones did not have them, and the ports would die from crap getting in them.
 
I use IQ shield screen protectors. Have for a few years. I love them. They're "self healing", but only for about a year. Beware though, they do not feel like any other screen protector. It's a gel like material. But my phone gets flung occasionally and it's skipped face down on gravel before. Needed a new screen protector, but nary a scratch on the screen.
 
I can't recall the brand right now, but I've been getting the matte screen protectors and I love them! I can't stand fingerprints and smudges and these type don't leave a trace of anything! I use my phone at work with grease, coolant and hydraulic fluid on my hands and the screen is smear free!
