how do you insert pics in a fourm message.
 
The stickies at the top of each section you must read (in my best yoda voice)

Or... just right click (whichever is opposite of normal) on the picture you want to post if it's already on another site (Myspace, Facebook, Photobucket, etc.), click "Copy Image Location", type out
and voila.
