ok so long story short we have to move bc the landlord decided that he doesnt want to fix the heat pump in the house we rent. he showed up on 1/1 and said we need to move. ugh really need to rant......
so weve been looking but we need a 3br/2ba and dogs must be ok. fenced in yard is great but not a must. $800mth or less..... thanks

I've got a buddy I teach with that's been renting a place off E.22nd in Kannapolis. It fits all your criteria (size, fenced in, pet friendly), but I'm not completely sure on the rent. Him and his wife are moving out and buying a house, soon. I'll find out about how much he's paying and when he knows he'll be out of there and shoot you a PM.
