Plasma Table Wedding Gift help

2 years ago I had a sign cut out for a friends wedding. I unfortunately had a big falling out with the guy who made it and never picked it up and forgot about it.
The friend contacted me tonight after seeing my beadlocks (assuming we cut them, in fact ordered them from TMI) asking about the wedding gift and I came clean but I want to make it right.

The design is similar to this...
I can give someone all the info just need a vendor or someone able to knock it out.
