please critique my CL ad

I don't know why but Craigslist seems to bring out the idiots. I like your ad very straight forward & to the point.
 
I see nothing wrong with it at all! Very informative and to the point, nothing misleading about it. I like it!

The only explanation I've come up with...
the large majority of CL "browsers" are CRACKHEADS!

You could be selling the Hope Diamond & the Holy Grail for $20 and one of the aforementioned will call to ask:

- Will you take less?
- Will you deliver it Bozeman, MT... for FREE?
- Will you trade for a rotted out, NON-running, UN-titled, previously exploded '72 Pinto with a corpse in the back?

Another instance of getting exactly what you pay for (that'd be NOTHING)...1000x over! :beer:
 
Guess you could tell them, whatever there over is, " sorry, I just sold it for $5 less", or something like that. MANY CL lookers are just playing games; no one else will play with them.:poop:

ive had this truck on here before, but removed it due to too many people asking stupid questions and making stupid offers. im not going to take pictures of every little ding on the truck, matter of fact, im not takin any more pictures of it at all. come look at it in person if your that interested, or call and talk to me about it. please dont waste my time or yours. the price is firm, you wont find another 4wd excab taco this cheap.

dont call and ask where Rockwell is. theres this amazing website, google.com, you can type in Rockwell NC and it brings up a map. i know i know, it sounds too good to be true, but it really works, try it

may trade for 4 door automatic car, but no granny cars.

I'd suggest some pics of the damage and more pics in general. I would try to remove everythinge except for the description of the vehicle. I'm sure you're a good guy who's frustrated with CL, but you do come off as an ahole in the ad.
 
to tell the truth I sell stuff faster on CL actin like an a-hole. I think it scares off the people who aren't really interested

you must have more free time than me. I've never waisted my time fuckin with a stranger on CL. However, I have fucked with friends on there many times.
 
I get so many calls and emails from idiots wanting to know where Crouse is that I put a map in my ads. No matter how the ad is written you will get asshole that call. I put a little s10 on a few months back with no motor and a pic of the empty engine pay Also posted an ad for a 78 ford with no front clip and no motor. Both ads clearly stated there was no motor and neither of them had motors when I bought them. I got at least 5 calls a day - does it run. I would just tell them they were stupid and hang up. One guy asked how the S10s manual trans shifted. I told him to come push me around the yard anda I would let him know.

Never said I did it, just said I would want to. I don't have that much free time or malice. :lol:
 
The trade offers are the best. I was selling a car once that I had in all caps WILL NOT TRADE FOR ANYTHING BUT A JEEP WRANGLER.

My favorite trade offer was the trade for a bass boat. Since that is so much like a Jeep.
