How do you send them now?

One way is to click the INBOX in the upper RH side, then start a new Conversation. The term Private Message (PM) is gone now.

You can click on somebody's name in a thread, too. There's a box that pops up with their info, and you can click "Start a conversation" from there.

Thanks guys. The lack of the term "PM" threw me off. I saw the conversation button but thought it would post on their page and not be private.
